Primary Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Human Resources / Employee Relations Professional, you will:
- Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management.
- Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
- Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
- Support performance management and corrective action processes.
- Advise supervisors on employment policies and HR best practices.
- Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
- Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must possess:
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
- Experience conducting workplace investigations.
- Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a field-based workforce.
Preferred Qualifications
Preference may be given to applicants with experience in:
- Construction
- Engineering
- Manufacturing
- Industrial Operations
- Multi-site or Project-Based Work Environments
