STARDUST GENERAL CONSULTING SERVICES LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources / Employee Relations Professional to support a large field-based workforce.

This position is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working directly with employees and supervisors in a fast-paced environment while fostering a positive workplace culture. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted HR partner, supporting employee relations, compliance, and workforce engagement.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $70,480.00 – $105,720.00

Primary Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Human Resources / Employee Relations Professional, you will:

• Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management.
• Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
• Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
• Support performance management and corrective action processes.
• Advise supervisors on employment policies and HR best practices.
• Administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
• Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training.
• Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
• Conduct exit interviews and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must possess:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish.
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience.
• Experience conducting workplace investigations.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while supporting a field-based workforce.

Preferred Qualifications

Preference may be given to applicants with experience in:

• Construction
• Engineering
• Manufacturing
• Industrial Operations
• Multi-site or Project-Based Work Environments
