About the Opportunity

STARDUST GCS LLC is recruiting on behalf of a confidential client seeking an experienced Bilingual Human Resources / Employee Relations Professional to support a large, field-based workforce in Rayville, Louisiana.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000
  • Sign-on Bonus: $2,500–$5,000

 Primary Responsibilities

As the on-site Human Resources representative, you will:

  • Serve as the primary liaison between employees and management.
  • Conduct workplace investigations and resolve employee relations matters.
  • Mediate workplace conflicts and provide guidance to employees and supervisors.
  • Support performance management, corrective action, and disciplinary processes.
  • Advise supervisors on employment policies, labor law compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Process and administer employee leave programs, including FMLA and ADA accommodations.
  • Identify issues requiring escalation to Corporate Human Resources.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding, orientation, and training initiatives.
  • Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
  • Conduct exit interviews and identify opportunities for organizational improvement.
  • Educate employees regarding company benefits and HR programs.
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee matters.
  • Build positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

 Minimum Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (Required)
  • Minimum 2 years of Human Resources or Employee Relations experience
  • Experience conducting workplace investigations
  • Experience resolving employee relations issues and workplace conflict
  • Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and employment law compliance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently while supporting employees in a field environment

 Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Construction
  • Engineering
  • Manufacturing
  • Industrial operations
  • Multi-site or project-based work environments
